This bar spoon, made of 18/10 stainless steel and with a length of 33cm is very solid. The material shows an extreme resiliance to acids, rust or corrosion and is also known as V2A steel or tank steel. The stem is twisted, as ist is quite common for bar spoons for doing a more dynamic mixing of different ingredients in the mixing glass.
On the other end the bar spoon is balanced with a so called teardrop.
